Saffron chicken
Materials
1 chicken (small pieces)

1 teaspoon of chilli paste
4 cardamoms
Cinnamon 4 pieces
1 teaspoon of hot spice powder
Three-fourths of a cup of ghee or oil
Malai 2 tablespoons
A little sugar
Salt to taste
Method
