saffron-flavored Chicken

Saffron chicken

 Materials

 1 chicken (small pieces)
 Half a teaspoon of saffron (half a cup soaked in milk)
 Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
 Almonds 1 tablespoon
 1 cup of chopped onion
 1 teaspoon of cumin paste
 1 teaspoon of chilli paste
 4 cardamoms
 Cinnamon 4 pieces
 1 teaspoon of hot spice powder
 Three-fourths of a cup of ghee or oil
 Malai 2 tablespoons
 A little sugar
 Salt to taste

 Method

 First the chicken should be washed and drained.  Grind onion with oil or ghee in a pan.

 You have to give chicken.  Drain it and add 2 cups of water.  When water decreases, sugar, saffron, milk
 He should be simmered with Malai on low heat for 10 minutes.
